SGS Strengthens its Trade Facilitation Services with the Acquisition of Stella Operazioni Doganali

SGS announces the acquisition of Stella Operazioni Doganali, an independent customs operations and consulting company. This move aligns with SGS’s e-customs objective to offer unique services in terms of scope and geographical footprint across major global markets.

Founded in 1980 in Bologna, Stella Operazioni Doganali brings a team of 30 highly skilled employees to SGS. Their expertise will enhance SGS’s trade facilitation services in Italy and strengthen SGS’s European customs network.

Stella Operazioni Doganali has demonstrated solid customs experience, fueled by a customer-centric approach to support the efficiency of its clients’ customs procedures. The company is well-positioned for significant expansion in Italy and to add to SGS’s European e-customs network.
